Rev. Tom was in the habit of saying "All are welcome - black and white, purple and pink, gay and straight, traditional and non-traditional families alike" when he invited us to communion. And we mean it.
Our congregation is diverse in many ways:
- Our members come from a broad plain of spiritual background, having joined us from Roman Catholic, Byzantine, United Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist, Nazarene, Evangelical, Charismatic, and Pentecostal backgrounds.
- We are a multi-racial congregation.
- We range in age from children to seniors.
- Our members come from a wide geographic area, some traveling over an hour to worship with us.
- We are diverse in our careers - attorneys, teachers, computer and counseling professionals to business owners and factory workers to students and retirees.
- We have those that identify as heterosexual/straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. We are NOT seeking to change our orientations.
- We all have different gifts, ministries, and talents that we offer to the church.
- Our church is accessible.
There is a place for you at All Saints, as well.
